SuperTech Gnar Fest - 3 August

So you're riding mountain bikes since Jimmy Deaton podiumed at Mammoth and when Nicolas Vouilloz was still a junior? 

You're that guy (m/f) that is always glued to the backwheel of the guide and doesn't blink an eye when it comes to steep tech, tight hairpins or exposed sections of trails?  Well, we have planned a day for you! 

With pride and excitement we present you the SuperTech GnarFest shuttle day. 

The perfect day of riding where we offer the most technical trails the Swiss Valais has to offer. Steep, technical, exposed sections and with approximately 10.000 switchbacks spread out over 6000m D- this is a day only for expert riders. 

You will have to walk sections, you will suffer massive arm pump and you make some new mountain goat friends along the way. 

This day is self guided and at your own risk. 

Program: 

9am -  Meet at the White Frontier Taproom parking at 9am to start off the day. 

We do about 5-6 big descents (1000m or more each) on very techincal and tight singletrack trails.

5pm we arrive back at the WF Taproom for a beer on the terrace. (Could also be 6pm). 

For lunch we do a picknic with a view along the trails. Less chit chat - more riding! 

Riding level is expert/advanced only.

To make the most of the day you should be comfortable with  steep, rooty, rocky sections,  exposure and tight hair pin turns. You need to be able to do endo turns to enjoy this day. 

Equipment wise, we suggest a quality Enduro bike that is well serviced and helmet, kneepads and gloves. Full face helmet is optional, but keep in mind we do some climbing here and there to reach the good stuff.
